Recurring Valet Care assumes the turf has first been brought to a maintainable baseline through an initial service. If heavier odor or buildup develops, a deeper treatment may be recommended before recurring maintenance resumes.

Infill replenishment is available when needed and is quoted separately based on turf condition and the amount of material required.

Inspect & Assess

We inspect the turf and, when requested, surrounding pet-use areas to determine the appropriate service and any needed customization.

Clear & Prep

We remove leaves, pet hair and other loose debris from the turf surface to prepare it for more thorough cleaning and grooming.

Power Groom & Lift

We mechanically groom the turf to lift flattened fibers, loosen embedded pet hair and debris, and refresh its appearance.

Deep Clean & Deodorize

We apply professional turf-safe treatments selected to deep clean the turf and address odor-causing organic buildup. With a Whole-Yard Pet Refresh, treatment may also include appropriate rock, gravel, hardscape and other pet-use areas.

Vacuum & Finish Groom

We remove loosened pet hair, dust, and debris, then give the turf a final groom for a clean, lifted, and refreshed appearance.

Check & Replenish Infill

We assess infill levels and, when needed, add and evenly distribute fresh infill. A final water rinse helps settle the material and completes the treatment.

Sometimes the source of unwanted pet odor extends beyond the turf. Whole-Yard Pet Refresh expands treatment to appropriate surrounding pet-use areas, based on your yard and where your pets spend time.
