Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 14, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Turf Valet website and, where applicable, the services provided by The Turf Valet, a business operated by Yellow House Partners LLC.
By using this website, requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or purchasing services from The Turf Valet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase services.
Our Services
The Turf Valet provides artificial turf cleaning, deodorizing, grooming, maintenance, pet-related odor treatment, and related outdoor property-care services.
Services may include, depending on the service selected:
Turf inspection.
Removal of surface debris.
Turf grooming or power brooming.
Cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing.
Vacuuming or debris removal.
Infill assessment or replenishment.
Pet odor treatment.
Whole-yard pet-area deodorizing or related treatments.
Recurring turf maintenance services.
Specific services, pricing, and recommendations may vary based on the condition, size, use, accessibility, and needs of the property.
Estimates and Pricing
Any estimate provided by The Turf Valet is based on the information available to us at the time the estimate is prepared.
Online, telephone, photograph-based, or preliminary estimates may be subject to adjustment after an in-person inspection if actual conditions differ materially from the information initially provided.
Factors that may affect final pricing include, but are not limited to:
Actual turf square footage.
Turf condition.
Degree of pet use or odor.
Excessive debris, contamination, or staining.
Accessibility.
Infill condition or replenishment needs.
Additional areas requested for treatment.
Conditions requiring additional labor, products, or service time.
If we identify a material change in the anticipated scope or price before beginning additional work, we will make reasonable efforts to discuss it with you.
Odor and Cleaning Results
The Turf Valet’s services are intended to significantly improve the cleanliness, appearance, freshness, and condition of artificial turf and treated outdoor areas.
However, results may vary based on factors outside our control, including:
Turf age and condition.
Turf installation quality.
Drainage.
Type and condition of infill.
Subsurface contamination.
Frequency and duration of pet use.
Number and size of pets.
Prior cleaning products or treatments.
Weather and environmental conditions.
Ongoing pet use after service.
While our goal is to eliminate or substantially reduce unpleasant odors, The Turf Valet cannot guarantee permanent or complete odor elimination in every circumstance.
Pet odors may originate beneath the turf or within base materials and may return over time, particularly with continued pet use.
Existing Turf and Property Conditions
Artificial turf can deteriorate, loosen, separate, flatten, fade, or otherwise change over time due to age, installation methods, weather, sun exposure, pet activity, landscaping, drainage issues, or previous maintenance.
The Turf Valet is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects.
Where practical, we may identify visible concerns before beginning work. However, some conditions may not become apparent until turf is groomed, cleaned, lifted, or otherwise serviced.
The customer is responsible for informing us of any known:
Loose turf or seams.
Damaged turf.
Irrigation components.
Low-voltage wiring.
Landscape lighting.
Drainage systems.
Pest-control devices.
Underground or concealed fixtures.
Fragile landscaping or property features.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all areas where services are scheduled.
This includes unlocking gates and removing or identifying obstacles that could prevent or interfere with service.
If our technician cannot safely or reasonably access the service area, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation or service-call charge may apply.
Pets and Animals
For the safety of your pets and our service personnel, pets should be secured away from the active service area during service unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for controlling and securing their animals.
The Turf Valet is not responsible for a pet that escapes, enters a work area, encounters equipment or cleaning products, or is otherwise injured because the animal was not appropriately secured by the owner.
We may stop or decline service if an animal presents a safety concern.
Personal Property and Outdoor Items
Customers should remove toys, pet items, furniture, decorations, fragile objects, and other personal property from the service area when reasonably possible before the appointment.
If items must be moved by The Turf Valet to perform the service, we will use reasonable care but cannot guarantee against incidental damage to fragile, weathered, improperly installed, or deteriorated property.
Water and Utilities
Some services may require reasonable access to an exterior water source or other property utilities.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer authorizes The Turf Valet to use available exterior water connections and utilities reasonably necessary to perform the scheduled service.
Scheduling and Arrival Times
Appointment times are scheduled in good faith. Because service duration, traffic, weather, equipment, and prior appointments can affect arrival times, scheduled arrival times may represent an estimated window rather than a guaranteed exact time.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change and ask customers to provide reasonable advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
The Turf Valet may establish or update a cancellation policy for booked services, including reasonable charges for late cancellations, missed appointments, or appointments where technicians cannot access the property.
Any cancellation charge applicable to a particular booking will be disclosed through the booking process, estimate, confirmation, or other customer communication.
The Turf Valet may also reschedule or cancel service because of unsafe conditions, severe weather, equipment issues, illness, property-access problems, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent service.
Weather
Certain turf-care services may not be appropriate during rain, extreme weather, excessive heat, high winds, flooding, or other conditions that could affect technician safety or service quality.
We reserve the right to reschedule services when conditions are unsuitable.
Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking, estimate, invoice, or service.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due according to the terms shown on the applicable invoice or payment request.
Electronic payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider. The Turf Valet does not control the privacy, security, availability, or processing practices of independent payment providers.
Customers are responsible for charges associated with the services they authorize.
Recurring Services
Customers who enroll in recurring Valet Care or another recurring maintenance program may receive services according to the schedule and pricing agreed upon at enrollment.
Recurring service plans may be modified or discontinued in accordance with the terms communicated at enrollment.
Unless a specific commitment period is disclosed and accepted, recurring services may generally be cancelled before the next scheduled service by contacting The Turf Valet.
Pricing may change from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes affecting recurring services.
Satisfaction Concerns
If you have a concern about a completed service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We want the opportunity to review legitimate service concerns and, where appropriate, determine whether additional treatment or corrective service is warranted.
Because turf conditions and pet-related odor can change quickly following service, prompt notice helps us accurately assess any concern.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, website content, pricing, service descriptions, availability, promotional offers, and other information may change.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, website features, or legal requirements.
